మంగళగిరిః అధికారులు ఛాలెంజ్ గా తీసుకుని వంద రోజుల్లో గుంతలు లేని రోడ్లు ఉన్న నియోజకవర్గంగా మంగళగిరిని తీర్చిదిద్దాలని విద్య, ఐటీ శాఖల మంత్రి నారా లోకేష్ (Nara Lokesh) ఆదేశించారు. స్వచ్ఛతలో మంగళగిరి (Mangalagiri) తాడేపల్లి మున్సిపల్ కార్పోరేషన్ ను నెం.1గా తీర్చిదిద్దేలా సుమారు రూ.4.40 కోట్ల విలువైన ఐదు అధునాతన వాహనాలను మంత్రి నారా లోకేష్ లాంఛనంగా ప్రారంభించారు. చెత్తను తరలించేందుకు రెండు రిఫ్యూజ్ కాంపాక్టర్ మెషిన్ వాహనాలు, రెండు స్వీపింగ్ మెషిన్ వాహనాలతో పాటు బీటీ రహదారుల గుంతలు పూడ్చే అధునాతన పాత్ హోల్ రోడ్ రిపేర్ వాహనాన్ని ఉండవల్లి నివాసంలో మంత్రి నారా లోకేష్ జెండా ఊపి ప్రారంభించారు. చెత్తను తరలించేందుకు బెంగుళూరు, చెన్నై, హైదరాబాద్ వంటి నగరాల్లో వినియోగిస్తున్న రూ.1.91 కోట్ల విలువైన రెండు కాంపాక్టర్ వాహనాలు రాష్ట్రంలోనే మొదటిసారిగా మంగళగిరి నగరపాలక సంస్థకు అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చాయి.
