There's an overhead water boring installed on the road in Mangalagiri, Chinna Pannjavidi, about 3-4 years ago. However, it's causing issues like water spillage and mosquito breeding, affecting hygiene. Dogs and kids frequent the area, drawn by the water. I'd appreciate it if someone could take necessary action or escalate this to higher authorities. Thank you.
